Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We currently ship to the continental United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii only.
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 2-3 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple extra days for both production and shipping.
Shipping rates vary based on the product, weight, and destination of your order. We calculate shipping costs during checkout to ensure accuracy. Please know that we are committed to keeping shipping rates as reasonable as possible while ensuring reliable delivery.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.
When will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
