When will my order ship?
Each of our unique creations is created to order. Please allow 2-3 days on average for production, plus 3-5 business days for shipping. On average, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

We currently ship to the continental United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii only.

Are your designs exclusive to Rich Port Regalos?
Absolutely! Each design is unique, thoughtfully created, and exclusive to our brand.
How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
The colors displayed in our product images on the product detail pages are highly accurate and represent the actual product closely. However, please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in production lot batches and individual RGB screen settings, which can affect how colors appear on your device.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
The utmost care is taken when packaging and preparing your item(s) for shipping and, although not likely, items may be damaged during transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page and a member of our team will contact you with next steps within 24 - 48 hours.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. But we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments and vouchsafe your money in case you need to initiate a return due to product faults.
